- Bank statement: Issued within the last three months in the applicant’s or parent’s name, with a minimum balance of USD 3,300 or NTD 100,000.
- Full scholarship certificate: Issued by the government, the University, or a private organization.
- 銀行財力證明： 須為三個月內由本人或父母名義開立，存款至少 美金3,300元或新臺幣100,000元。
- 全額獎助學金證明： 由政府、本校或民間機構提供。

Proof of Language Proficiency
語言能力證明
Applicants must demonstrate their ability to study in the language of instruction (either Chinese or English, depending on the program).
申請人須證明其具備該學程授課語言（中文或英文）之學習能力。
– Chinese-taught programs: Submit a valid TOCFL certificate (Level 3 or above).
– 中文授課學程： 須繳交有效之華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）證書，通常需達三級以上。
– English-taught programs: Submit a valid TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent certificate.
– 英語授課學程： 須繳交有效之 TOEFL、IELTS 或同等測驗成績。
Minimum scores vary by department.

Letters of Recommendation
推薦信
Most departments require two recommendation letters from teachers, professors, or supervisors who know your academic ability or personal qualities.
多數系所需附上兩封推薦信，由熟悉申請人學業能力或個人特質之教師、教授或指導者撰寫。
Letters should be written in English or Chinese (or include a certified translation).
推薦信須以英文或中文撰寫（或附經公證之譯本）。
Recommenders should describe your academic performance, character, and potential for success at Tzu Chi University.
推薦人應敘述申請人之學業表現、品格及於慈濟大學就讀之潛能。

Choose Your Desired Major 選擇志願科系
Each applicant can choose up to three departments simultaneously. However, if accepted to multiple programs, the applicant can only choose one program to enroll in.
每位申請人最多可同時選擇三個學系。然而，若同時獲得多個學系錄取，申請人僅能選擇其中一個學系入學。

- CEFR B1 or above: IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, or other recognized English proficiency tests.
- Applicants from countries where English is an official or common language, or those with a previous degree taught fully in English, may provide relevant supporting documents instead.
