Please remember the email address you used when registering online, as it will be needed later to log in to the application system to modify information, upload documents, and check eligibility review and admission results.

Fill in Application Form 填寫申請表
Basic information includes your name in Chinese and English, date of birth, country of birth, email address, education background, work experience, and other relevant details.
基本資料包括中英文姓名、出生日期、出生國家、電子郵件地址、教育背景、工作經驗及其他相關資訊。
Choose Your Desired Major 選擇志願科系
Each applicant can choose up to three departments simultaneously. However, if accepted to multiple programs, the applicant can only choose one program to enroll in.
每位申請人最多可同時選擇三個學系。然而，若同時獲得多個學系錄取，申請人僅能選擇其中一個學系入學。

Graduation Certificate
畢業證書
Applicants who have already graduated should provide an official graduation certificate.
已畢業之申請人須繳交正式畢業證書。
Fresh graduates who have not yet received their diploma may submit a certificate of expected graduation or a certificate of enrollment issued by their current school.
尚未取得畢業證書之應屆畢業生，得繳交學校開立之預定畢業證明或在學證明。
Academic Transcript
成績單
An official transcript of academic records from your current or most recent school is required.
須繳交現就讀或最近就讀學校之正式成績單。
The transcript should list courses taken, grades received, and explain the grading system.
內容應包含所修課程、成績與評分制度說明。
Example: A bachelor’s degree applicant should submit transcripts from all high school years; a graduate applicant should submit transcripts from their undergraduate program.
範例： 申請學士班者須繳交高中各年成績單；申請研究所者須繳交大學成績單。
Proof of Nationality
國籍證明
Applicants must submit a valid passport or other official identification that confirms nationality.
申請人須提供有效護照或其他能證明國籍之正式身分文件。
Example: A copy of your passport’s information page or a national ID card.
範例： 護照個人資料頁影本或政府核發之身分證件。
Proof of Language Proficiency
語言能力證明
Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the minimum language requirements for their chosen program (and visa, if applicable).
申請人須證明其符合所選學程之最低語言要求（若適用，亦包含簽證條件）。
– English-taught programs: IELTS, TOEFL, or other recognized English proficiency test scores.
– 英語授課學程： 檢附 IELTS、TOEFL 或其他認可之英語能力測驗成績。
– Chinese-taught programs: TOCFL, HSK, or other recognized Chinese proficiency test scores.
– 中文授課學程： 檢附華語文能力測驗（TOCFL、HSK 或其他認可測驗）成績。

Proof of Language Proficiency

Applicants must demonstrate their ability to study in the language of instruction (either Chinese or English, depending on the program).
申請人須證明其具備該學程授課語言（中文或英文）之學習能力。
– Chinese-taught programs: Submit a valid TOCFL certificate (Level 3 or above).
– 中文授課學程： 須繳交有效之華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）證書，通常需達三級以上。
– English-taught programs: Submit a valid TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent certificate.
– 英語授課學程： 須繳交有效之 TOEFL、IELTS 或同等測驗成績。
Minimum scores vary by department.

Letters of Recommendation
推薦信
Most departments require two recommendation letters from teachers, professors, or supervisors who know your academic ability or personal qualities.
多數系所需附上兩封推薦信，由熟悉申請人學業能力或個人特質之教師、教授或指導者撰寫。
Letters should be written in English or Chinese (or include a certified translation).
推薦信須以英文或中文撰寫（或附經公證之譯本）。
Recommenders should describe your academic performance, character, and potential for success at Tzu Chi University.
推薦人應敘述申請人之學業表現、品格及於慈濟大學就讀之潛能。

Recent Photograph
近照
Applicants must provide a passport-sized photograph taken within the last six months.
申請人須繳交近六個月內拍攝之護照規格照片。
The photo should be in color with a plain background.
照片須為彩色，背景簡潔。
Example: A standard 2-inch (35mm × 45mm) photo used for passport or official ID purposes.
範例： 2 吋（35mm × 45mm）之護照或正式身分證件用照片。
Proof of Financial Capability
財力證明
Applicants must provide documentation that demonstrates the ability to cover tuition fees and living expenses during their studies in Taiwan.
申請人須提供足以負擔在臺就學期間學費及生活費之財力證明文件。
Accepted documents include a bank statement, scholarship award letter, or other official proof of financial support.
可接受之文件包括銀行存款證明、獎學金核准信函或其他正式之資助證明。
Example: A bank statement showing a minimum balance required by the Ministry of Education, or proof of sponsorship from a government or organization.
範例： 由教育部規定之最低存款餘額之銀行證明，或政府／機構資助證明文件。

Some departments may require an interview or a written test. Please refer to the specific requirements of each department.

Can I apply to multiple programs at once?
Yes — applicants may apply to up to three different departments or programs in the same application. However, if you are accepted to multiple programs, you must select only one to enroll in.
Are any undergraduate programs offered entirely in English?
Yes — Tzu Chi University offers three undergraduate programs fully taught in English:

授課語言和語言能力基準
Language of Instruction and Language Proficiency Requirements
(1) 中文授課系、所、學位學程：
Chinese-Taught Programs:
A.
繳交相當於華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）A2（含）以上之中文能力證明。
Submit proof of Chinese language proficiency equivalent to TOCFL Level A2 or above.
B.
前一學位為中文授課或前一學位主修中文者，提供相關證明。
Applicants whose previous degree was taught in Chinese or who majored in Chinese studies must provide relevant supporting documents.
(2)英文授課系、所、學位學程(包含有足夠英文授課課程可滿足畢業需求)：
English-Taught Programs (including programs offering sufficient English-medium courses to meet graduation requirements):
A.
繳交相當於CEFR B1（含）以上之英文能力證明。
Submit proof of English language proficiency equivalent to CEFR B1 level or above.
B.
官方語言及通用語言為英語國家（附錄一）者免繳；於英語系國家取得前一學位或前一學位為全英語授課者，提供相關證明。
Applicants from countries where English is the official or primary language (see Appendix I) are exempt from submitting English proficiency proof. Applicants who obtained their previous degree in an English-speaking country or whose previous degree was fully taught in English must provide relevant documentation.

獎學金申請 Scholarship Application
一、本校提供有多種國際學生獎助學金，如欲申請者，僅須於線上報名時勾選申請，填寫獎助學金申請表並上傳資料。生物醫學全英語學分學程獎助學金及護理系境外公費生獎助學金另安排面試。已確定獲得臺灣獎學金之申請生，請勿重覆申請本校獎助學金。有關
各項獎助學金內容，請參考本校全球處網頁「Apply Now」（https://oga.tcu.edu.tw/）。
The University offers various scholarships for international students. To apply, simply select the scholarship option during the online application process, complete the Scholarship Application Form, and upload the required documents. Applicants for the Biomedical English-Taught Credit Program Scholarship and the Overseas Nursing Scholarship will be required to attend an interview. Applicants who have already been awarded a Taiwan Scholarship should not apply for the University’s scholarships again. For details regarding each scholarship, please refer to the Office of Global Affairs website

Proof of Financial Support: A financial statement issued by a bank within the last three months under the name of the applicant or the applicant’s parents, showing a minimum balance of USD 3,300 or NTD 100,000; or a certificate of a full scholarship provided by the government, the University, or a private organization.
