International Applicants 外國學生申請
Students who hold non-Taiwan (ROC) nationality and have never had household registration in Taiwan. Applicants must also meet the required overseas residence period (at least 6 years; 8 years for medical-related programs). Students recommended by foreign governments or institutions may also apply.
適用於未具中華民國國籍且未曾設有臺灣戶籍之外國學生，並須符合海外居留年限規定（一般至少6年，醫學相關科系為8年）；或經外國政府或機構推薦者亦可申請。
Overseas Chinese & HK/MO Applicants 外國學生申請
Overseas Chinese students are students of Chinese descent who have lived outside Taiwan for a long time. Hong Kong and Macao students are residents of Hong Kong or Macao who hold permanent residency and have lived outside Taiwan for at least six consecutive years. Eligible applicants must apply through this category, not the international student category. Students who meet more than one status must choose only one category and cannot change after enrollment.
僑生指長期居住海外之華裔學生；港澳生指具香港或澳門永久居留身分，且近六年以上居住於海外或港澳地區之學生。符合此身分者須使用僑生／港澳生管道報名，不可使用外國學生管道。若同時符合多種身分，只能擇一申請，入學後不得更改。
Mainland China Applicants 陸生申請
Applicants who hold a Mainland China (PRC) passport and live in Mainland China. Admission follows government regulations for Mainland Chinese students.
適用於持中國大陸護照並居住於中國大陸之申請者，依政府相關規定辦理入學。
International Industry-Academia Collaboration Program in Long Term Care Applicants 長期照護科國際學生產學合作專班
This associate degree program is designed for Filipino students. It is taught in both English and Chinese and combines classroom learning with practical training. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or above.
本長期照護副學士專班主要招收菲律賓學生，採中英文雙語教學並結合理論與實務訓練。申請者需年滿18歲且具高中以上學歷。
International Foundation Program (International Students Applicants Only) 國際專修部
This program is for international students who want to enter a bachelor’s degree but do not yet have TOCFL A2 Chinese proficiency. Students will first study Chinese language for one year in Taiwan. After reaching TOCFL A2 level, they can continue to a bachelor’s degree program.
本課程適合想讀學士學位但尚未具有TOCFL A2中文能力之外國學生。學生先在臺灣學習一年華語先修課程，達到TOCFL A2後即可銜接學士班。
